How do I check availability? 

use our availability calendar on our home page to see if a booth is available on your event date. We have multiple booths that are available to rent, but they are regularly booked months in advance, so make sure you check and book as soon as you can.

How far in advance should we book your services? 

We recommend booking our services as soon as possible to ensure availability, but we can often accommodate last-minute bookings as well.

What kind of events do you provide photo booths for? 

We provide photo booths for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, debs, graduation parties, and more.

What types of photo booths do you offer? 

We offer 3 types of photo booths, our Vintage Everybooth Accordion, Open-air photo booths, as well as Mirror booths and GIF booths. Our booths can also be customized with green screens and virtual props.

What kind of props do you provide? 

We provide a wide variety of props, including hats, glasses, masks, signs, and other fun accessories.

Are attendants included in the price? How long are they there for?

Yes, except where specified, attendants are included in the price of renting a photo booth. You may unwind and enjoy the party knowing that the booth will be fully staffed the entire time because our team will stay with you for as long as they are needed.

How many people can fit in the photo booth at once? 

Our photo booths can accommodate 2-12 people at once, depending on the size and type of the booth.

Can we customize the photo booth backdrop or photo template? 

Yes, we offer customization options for the backdrop and photo template. You can select your own design, colours, logos, and more.

Yes, our Glam Look add-on is only available for our Everybooth Accordion & Open-Air Experiences guests can choose between colour or black and white photos with our photo booth. 

Do we get a copy of the pictures taken on the photobooth?

Depending on the package you choose photos can be unlimited during the course of your rental! We use the fastest available printers, so that your guests will be able to take tons of photos to bring home at the end of the event.

Can you provide a customised photo album or guest book? 

Yes, we offer customised photo albums and guest books as an add-on option, however in most wedding and party experiences, this is included in the package.

Can I have digital copies? 

We offer an add-on that we provide digital copies of every photo and upload them to an online gallery created for your event.

Can we have the photos uploaded to social media during the event? 

Yes, we can provide social media sharing options so guests can upload their photos to their social media accounts during the event.

What is the duration of the rental period? 

Our rental periods range from 2-6 hours, depending on the package selected.

Not long at all! Our booths can be set up quickly and easily. Depending on the location, complications might occur, but you can trust that we'll make sure to give ourselves plenty of time to get everything ready before your visitors arrive.

What do you need from the venue?

Before we set up, we ask that you make sure it's clean. We will require access to a power source that is five metres or less from the booth. Additionally, there needs to be space for our attendants to work and for your guests to queue. Additionally, we request that clients secure a parking space for us for the length of the photo booth rental, as close to our access point as possible.

Are Photo Booths Easy To Use? 

Absolutely. Our photo booths are designed so that everybody will be able to use them. One of our helpful attendants will also be on hand to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

How Much Room Do I Need For A Photo Booth? 

Each of our booths come with their own specifications with regards to size and space needed. If you have any immediate queries, please contact us for more information.

How do I rent a photo booth? 

Our website will check the availability on your date, If the date is available you will be greeted with a booking screen. Fill in the required booking information, sign the contract and pay our deposit and from there, you’re locked in and ready to go!

Do you require a deposit to secure our booking? 

Yes, we require a €150 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payment via cash, check, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

When are my payments due? 

Your first deposit payment of €150 is due when you book your booth. Your second payment is due 7 days before your event. Photobooth Ireland run a no cash policy with all payments going through your designated online booking portal. If you’re booking closer to your event than 30 days, or you need special arrangements we’ll work with you to coordinate a payment schedule.

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require a €150 deposit to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the full rental fee will be charged.

What is our Everybooth Accordion photo booth?

The Everybooth Accordion is a vintage-inspired photo booth that uses a tripod design to create a classic look and feel. It is perfect for events that require a touch of nostalgia and elegance.

What types of events are suitable for the Everybooth Accordion?

The Everybooth Accordion is perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and any event that requires a classic touch. It is especially popular for events with a vintage or rustic theme.

How many people can fit inside the Everybooth Accordion?

The Everybooth Accordion is designed to accommodate up to 3-4 people per photo. However, depending on the space available, larger groups can also be accommodated.

What kind of props are included with the Everybooth Accordion?

We provide a wide range of props to suit any event, including hats, glasses, mustaches, signs, and more. We can also work with you to create custom props that match your event theme.

How much does it cost to hire the Everybooth Accordion?

Prices start from €600 incl VAT to hire the every booth accordion for 3 hours. Props are provided with the hire and other add-on accessories such as custom options and backdrops can be added to the booking

Is the Everybooth Accordion touchscreen?

The Everybooth Accordion works entirely from touchscreen technology making it really simple to use. You can event sign off your pictures with a signature or message. Perfect for private parties where the host can choose to have an album created of all the photos taken at the event.

Does the Everybooth Accordion print out pictures?

Yes, just as you do with a traditional photo booth, you can have 1 to 6 photos on one printout. With a Everybooth Accordion, you can choose the number of copies you receive and there is also the option to have an album of all of the prints.

Can the Everybooth Accordion be used for brand activation?

Yes, the Everybooth Accordion is the perfect solution for brand activation and encouraging people to share photos that include your brand and new product line. They are often used at exhibitions and in shopping centres/stores when a company is promoting a new product as the photos can have the brand featured in the picture frame and also on the backdrop. A green screen solution also allows you to have anything in the background.

A digital copy of the photo is also sent to the guest’s phone and is very often shared on social media. Many of the brands using this for brand awareness then set a competition where, if you share the photo using a chosen hashtag, you are entered into a prize draw.

Providing you get consent from the users (this can be done via a tick box option within the instructions on the Everybooth Accordion) you can then use the email address and phone number for marketing purposes following your event.

What is a selfie mirror photo booth?

A selfie mirror is the latest photo booth concept. It is in the style of a large touch screen mirror, where you can see the photo you are creating in the reflection of the mirror. It produces a selection of photos, which are printed for you to take home and keep.

What is the difference between a selfie mirror and a traditional photo booth?

 A Selfie Mirror is the modern equivalent of a photobooth but the screen is a lot larger, it’s a touch screen, Being a touch screen, the Selfie Mirror allows you to add stamps and your signature to an image. You can also add a message to your pictures.
